As far as personal work goes, it depends on what I'm after visually. If it'll be fine with just the model and I, then that's what I do. If I need more people for something extra, then that's what I do.

When I work I use the appropriate tools for each individual job. If it's a
commercial or fashion shoot, nine times out of ten I use a full crew.
You really can't not. And I work with people that I've known for years
