I shot this story with my dear friend / collaborator / stylist Katie Jean Payne, who is also from Detroit. We both recently relocated to NY and have been dealing with the usual struggles of creativity in addition to adapting to our new home. I miss Detroit dearly, and feel like I lost a little bit of my inspiration by moving.
