My schooling has been from practice, I have been assisting for 10 years. I started just after college in Milan when I freelanced in Paris and New York.
After college in Italy I started studying social science but I realized from the early days that my future would involve photography. I remembered walking through a gallery in Venice where they were exhibiting a retrospective of Richard Avedon and I was telling myself this is what I want to be doing.
