I see my image-making as an attempt to find and create beauty out of the visual layers in the world. I try to capture a serene and mysterious world, where places captured are minimalistic, and where each image shows the track of Man. I'm deeply interested in the way each human’s experiences influences their own perception of the environnment, and I tempt viewers to stimulate their own imagination.

In 2008 I discovered a place in Switzerland, a mysterious place in an impenetrable forest which was haunted by hundreds of classic old cars. I spent a lot of time in this place for my new photographic project called Old Car. For this project I used a Hasselblad 6x6 argentic with Kodak Tmax film. All the final prints for this work are made on Ultrachrome K3 printer with Hahnemuhle fine art Baryta 325 gr. paper.
