Earlier on while I was developing my craft,  I was mainly interested in musicians, bands, live music performances and the like, probably because that was also a big part of my life at the time. When I was around 18 I lucked out and began working full time for a local portrait studio. This is when I discovered the studio environment and I absolutely fell in love it. It was probably this experience with portraits, combined with my interest in form and line that inspired me to move into photographing bodies in motion.

I love the lines and form of landscape and architecture, but I could never find the subtle stories there like I could when photographing people.
