The Picture

I am not completely conscious of what lies behind my work or who and what inspires me.  These days I really like Francis Bacon and David Hokney, but I like and always did, the great classics as well.

There are images and thoughts that all of a sudden open my eyes and with them comes a desire to capture the most inner part of those images. Images of people mainly.
