These days, I spend a lot of time looking at things with one eye and losing myself in daydreaming about how light is really bouncing and falling off and cooling and warming. Between photography and my graduate work, I’m fascinated by how light reacts, is absorbed, fluoresces – is energy and drives all weather – all circulation on the planet. I believe it’s somewhere between homage to this light and a very human interest in capturing subjects that drives me.
