My commercial shoots are mainly team-work; including for example, a producer, stylist, location finder, and assistants. As far as my fine-art work is concerned I generally have a team of assistants, and tend to do a lot of my own production and location finding, even my own styling. I normally rummage around Charity Shops for interesting clothes.
