I had a drastic career change two years ago and turned my back on med school to pursue the art world. I’ve heard my fair share of skeptics but I’d like to think this is a very profitable industry if handled the right way.

I’ve always been a passionate spectator of the art world, I collect classical paintings and fashion photographs. I’ve always been around fashion, I eventually started developing ideas on my own, they were dormant until now.

Almost anything and everything that crosses my line of vision, be it a line in an Yvon Le Men poem or the print on the postman’s shirt, I store a mental picture and use it for inspiration. The art world is unstable and volatile. You need to have the ability to really believe in your illustrating skills.
