With background studies in
health sciences, I am a self taught photographer. My passion for
photography began at an early age, I was given my first camera at age 7
and at age 15 was given a camera which I still use today as one of my
favourite tools. In 1997 I began creating fashion designs for my own
label and my photography was intertwined with that. In 1999 I moved to
London, U.K. to pursue my career in fashion. I began working freelance
in fashion design and styling, then worked for a fashion designer for 3
years as her assistant. The more I worked in this area, the more the
realization came that I needed to be behind the camera to experience my
true passion. At present I am working freelance and updating my
portfolio.
